Please remember: you must have OON benefits listed as a plan benefit; otherwise, we are unable to submit claims.

Lab Tests and Ultrasounds
If you are insured, we can work with you to get your labs and ultrasounds covered by utilizing in-network labs and radiology groups. If you do not have insurance, we have discounts worked out for any labs or ultrasounds that you may require.
